A recent federal law requires all financial institutions to provide their clients with information concerning the institution’s policies regarding privacy of nonpublic client information. Nadine Maleski, LLC always protects your right to privacy.
Through the course of representing our clients, we often receive nonpublic personal information from the client to aid us in providing professional services. Upon client authorization, we may also obtain information about a client from other parties such as accountants, insurance agents, financial advisors, banking institutions, and other advisors. Any information that we receive about a client is kept in confidence, and is not revealed to people outside the firm, except as authorized by the client, or as required by applicable law.
Nadine Maleski, LLC restricts access to all nonpublic personal information about clients to those employees who need to know the information in order to provide legal services to the client. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to guard clients’ nonpublic personal information.
