NADINE MALESKI, ESQ
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Nadine earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1985. There, she was Research Editor of the Computer and Technology Law Journal. She clerked for the Honorable Burton R. Lifland in the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court. Nadine Maleski was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and the related federal courts in 1986 and to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998. From 1986 to 1990, she served as trial attorney in the Essex County Office of the Public Defender adult region. Practicing Family Law since 1990, Nadine Maleski, Esq. chaired the Juvenile Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She earned her Certification from the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney after numerous trials of medical malpractice, commercial, Tort Claims, FELA, and other personal injury claims. She also earned her Certification as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, having tried, arbitrated, mediated and settled countless family law and domestic violence matters involving issues of divorce, alimony, child support, removal of children from the State of New Jersey, equitable distribution, business and other asset valuation, palimony, annulment, premarital agreements, appeals, custody, parenting time, college expenses and marital torts such as assault, battery, conversion (theft) and emotional distress.

Joyce E. Harrington, Paralegal, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University graduating with Honors. In addition, she attended Newbury Junior College, Somerset County College, and Middlesex County College earning degrees as Executive Secretary, Professional Legal Secretary (Certificate Program), and Legal Assistant Technology. Ms. Harrington has over 30 years experience in law. Janet K. Wiggin, Paralegal, received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master of Education degree from Lesley College. WILLIAM E. REUTELHUBER
William E. Reutelhuber is a contract attorney licensed to practice at Law in the State of New Jersey. He was admitted to practice before the New Jersey Judiciary and the United States District Court - District of New Jersey in 1995 and was admitted to New York bar in 2002. Before attending law school, he attended Rensselaer Polytechnic University and received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1985. Following college, he was employed by Fairchild Semiconductor and Linear Technology Corp. in California's Silicon Valley. Bill received a J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995 and an LL.M. Degree in Taxation from New York University School of law in 2002. In 1995-96, he served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Dilts, now the Presiding Judge of the Family Part for the Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Vicinage.

Following his judicial clerkship, Mr. Reutelhuber actively practiced family law for five years in financially complex matrimonial cases involving professionals, executives, and business owners. Since 1996, Bill has practiced family law and general civil litigation in Burlington, Essex, Hunterdon, Mercer, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, Somerset, Union, Warren, Bergen, Morris, and Sussex Counties as well as the United States District Court - District of New Jersey, Newark and Trenton Vicinages.
