June L. Pellegrino, Esq. has focused her practice in the areas of Divorce, Family Law, Estates and Trusts for over twenty-five years. June assists our clients with their estate planning, Wills, trusts, living wills/healthcare directives, and powers of attorney. She has years of experience settling and litigating issues of alimony, child support, child custody, parenting time, identification, valuation and division of assets and debts, post-judgment enforcement and modification, domestic violence, appeals, prenuptial agreements, step-parent adoptions and guardianships. June is a collaboratively trained divorce attorney and acts as a panelist in the Hunterdon County Court's Matrimonial Early Settlement Program.

Ms. Pellegrino earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1985, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in May 1988. While attending law school, June served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley.

Ms. Pellegrino is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of Florida (inactive status). June was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1988, practicing in the area of paternity and child support, and gaining extensive courtroom experience. June relocated to Hunterdon County, New Jersey in 1993 and was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1994.

June has served as a CASA Shaw volunteer in the Warren, Hunterdon and Somerset district, advocating for the rights of children who have been removed from the custody of one or both biological parents.
