Nadine Maleski, Esq.A graduate of the University of Vermont, Nadine earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1985. There, she was Research Editor of the Computer and Technology Law Journal. She clerked for the Honorable Burton R. Lifland in the Southern District of New York Bankruptcy Court. Nadine Maleski was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York and the related federal courts in 1986 and to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998. From 1986 to 1990, she served as trial attorney in the Essex County Office of the Public Defender adult region, where she tried to verdict criminal matters such as murder, robbery, rape and represented her clients in RICO and Death Penalty actions.

Practicing Family Law since 1990, Nadine Maleski, Esq. chaired the Juvenile Committee of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Nadine taught at Seton Hall Law School from 2001 to 2006 as an adjunct professor.  She was a partner and practice group leader at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter, LLP.

She earned her Certification from the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Matrimonial Law Attorney, having tried, arbitrated, mediated and settled countless family law and domestic violence matters involving issues of divorce, alimony, child support, removal of children from the State of New Jersey, equitable distribution, business and other asset valuation, palimony, annulment, premarital agreements, appeals, custody, parenting time, college expenses and marital torts such as assault, battery, conversion (theft) and emotional distress. 

Nadine also earned her Certification as a Civil Trial Attorney after numerous trials of medical malpractice, commercial, Tort Claims, FELA, auto, dog bite, fall down, and other personal injury claims.  Nadine Maleski, Esq. recently won money damages for her clients of: the maximum $350,000 in punitive damages for fraud, and awards for $500,000 and $285,000 for motor vehicle accidents.

Nadine Maleski, Esq. is a long time member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Family Law Section, County Bar Associations including Hunterdon, Warren and Somerset County and Family Law Sections, The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, The New Jersey Collaborative Law Group, The Central Jersey Collaborative Law Group, the Internet and Computer Law Committee, the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and the American Bar Association Family Law Section.
